Josh Groban Picks Shyest Girl from the Audience for Duet, But When She Begins Singing he can’t Believe It!

Josh Groban got his first big hit in 1998 at the Grammy Awards when he stood in for superstar Andrea Bocelli who was ailing and couldn’t perform . That night, he sang Foster’s “The Prayer” with Celine Dion and this performance became known as a major break for him… and the rest is history.

He’s now a superstar with one of the most recognizable singing brands in the world.  People come from all over the world to hear him sing in person. And he does not disappoint.

Groban has made it a routine to give people in the crowd a chance to sing an impromptu duet with him. Many of the participants ends up doing what josh did and taking the opportunity to display their talents.

In the video below, Groban picks a very shy girl out of the crowd in Montreal, Quebec. She seems nervous at first, and possibly not up to the task of the duet, but the moment she begins to sing my heart skipped a beat.  This girl sounds angelic!

Check out their incredible duet below. Groban was just as surprised as we were!
