How to Get Rid of Stinky feet Forever

Unpleasant odor from feet is actually natural phenomenon. People who are working from 8- 10 hours per day in same shoes are the ones who are faced the most with this problem.  Stinky feet can cause a lot of discomfort and embarrassing for those people suffering from this problem.

The main cause is foot sweat (also see focal hyperhidrosis). Sweat itself is odorless, but it creates a beneficial environment for certain bacteria to grow and produce bad-smelling substances. These bacteria are naturally present on our skin as part of the human flora (though exponentially more smell is created when closed-toe shoes are worn). The front part of the foot is where it produces the most sweat.

Therefore, more smell is created with factors causing more sweating, such as wearing closed-toe shoes for many hours. Socks generally do not cause foot odor on their own, but when worn along with shoes, socks can help to trap the hair on the feet, especially on the toes, may contribute to the odor's intensity by adding increased surface area in which the bacteria can thrive.

This usually occurs when your feet sweat and the sweat does not evaporate because you are wearing shoes or socks. Bacteria naturally present on your skin grow as they feed on the sweat and dead skin cells, producing the foul smell.

Some people on the other hand just neglect their personal hygiene and for several days in row do not change their socks and do not maintain regular hygiene on their lower limbs.

The method that seems unusual or really helps. Many who have tried are delighted efficiency.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups hot water

Fill the basin with hot water and put the tea bags, let it stand for 15-20 minutes and make sure the water has cooled before you put your feet. Keep your feet for 20 minutes every day.
