Every man and woman, young and old, has to change their underwear every day. Having clean underwear is essential. Because we live in the real world, we all know that there are times when it’s much easier to wear the same pair of yesterday. If everyone is really honest with themselves, that has happened to every person at least once. Did you know that it may cause serious health issues if you don’t change your underwear often enough?

Why changing underwear is important? 
How often do you change your underwear? Wearing clean underwear every day is essential because the dirty ones can have serious consequences on your health. Bacteria harbors on those panties. From the front to the back, there are plenty of bacteria that live and grow in the humid environment.

2.Sweat can develop infections
If you are exercising or you sweat a lot, it will occur excessive moisture. The humid environments are the perfect breeding ground for the bacteria. All of those nasty infections often start by moisture and if you don’t change your underwear regularly, it can only enhance the problems. You have probably heard that cotton underwear is the best one to wear. Nylon and lace underwear are another risk factor for getting some infection.

3.The offensive strong odors 

If you don’t change your underwear you also have not had a shower. Occasionally, it’s okay to jump changing your underwear, but you might notice a foul odor coming from the lower parts of your body. The bacteria, chafing, and the dirty materials can make that smell. The genitals should have plenty of fresh air so as to stay healthy. The flora in the vagina can smell like a stinkweed if it is not properly cleaned and if it is not used clean underwear.

4.Rashes and major irritation
If you have an itchy burn from scratching, you will possibly have some irritation or ulcers. Also, the dirty material has the ability to rub the skin. The visible bumps might at first look like a heat rash, but in time, they can become open sores. Since this area does not get lots of air, curing the issue is often a slow process. The problems can be treated, but it’s something that will be avoided by simply changing the underwear.

5.The risk of urinary tract infection
A urinary tract infection is one of the most serious problems that one woman have. There is a burning sensation while urinating, which sometimes is unbearable. The bacteria have the ability to make their way into the vaginal cavity anytime, even in the area of the bladder, and that can cause infection. The urinary tract infection is not a disease like the kidney infection is. It can be treated much easily. Wearing your panties more than one day is a huge risk for developing ICU infections.

So how often you should change your underwear? According to many studies have shown, changing your underwear at least once a day is advisable. If you exercise on a regular basis, you should change your underwear every time you sweat. So, if you work daily, you should change the underwear twice a day. The goal is to be clean and fresh all day long. In that way, it will be more comfortable for you and for those around you. Moreover, you will be sure that you are preventing UTI and other infections.
