Fried foods are also among the foods responsible for the buildup of bloating and intestinal gases. Foods that have high fiber content can also cause intestinal discomfort. The most common culprits for acid reflux, gas, and bloating are cereals, onions, tomatoes, pasta, dairy products and whole grains.
