Dangers That You Can Get from Crossing Your Legs While Sitting! Shocking!

Crossing your leg while sitting is nothing new to many people and this has become an acceptable habit particularly in the western world.

People feel comfortable when they sit in this way but research have found that this seemingly harmless habit is actually harmful to you.

According to a study, crossing your legs will only put undue pressure on the other leg’s bone nerve at the rear of the knee and this can lead to your legs and feet being impaired.

It was also revealed in a Korean study that setting with your legs crossed or what we call Indian sitting on the ground is worse. This will cause the leg bone nerve palsy that may result to a “foot drop” wherein the front part of the foot and the toes can’t be emotional.

Setting in these manner will also cause back and neck pain.

So make sure when you sit you don’t cross your legs.
