What are kidney stones?
Kidney stones are formed with deposits of minerals – usually some form of calcium, such as calcium oxalate – deposited in the kidneys, which form small sand-like stones inside the kidneys.
The stone may stay in the kidney for quite a long time, months or even years years without causing any symptoms.
However, if it moves, it may cause big pain in the back, hips and bloody, muddy urine.
In such a situation, it is advisable to drink large amount of liquid to allow the stone to be kicked out by urinating and take some analgesics in order to relieve the pain. However, if the stone is too large, surgery may be required for its removal!
There is another option which combines plenty of fluids in order for the stone to be suppressed. We are going to explain this option below, showing you how to break the kidney stone and to eject it out of the body.
Needed ingredients:
- 250 grams of cold pressed olive oil
- 250 grams of organic honey
- 250 grams of lemon
- 250 grams of parsley root
- 1 cup of maple syrup
Preparation:
Wash and chop the lemon together with its rind, put it in a blender and mix it well. After that, clean and chop the parsley root and add it in a blender. Add the maple syrup and olive oil and mix everything until you get homogeneous mixture.
Transfer the resulting mixture in a glass jar, keep it in the refrigerator.
Use:
Consume one tablespoon of the remedy every morning on an empty stomach. Make sure you drink plenty of water and fresh juices throuhout the day.
Lemon is the main active ingredient in this recipe. It raises urine’s acidity, thus melting the unwanted kidney stone. Parsley, on the other hand, is an amazing natural diuretic and it stimulates the creation of urine.
The oil lubricates, while honey adds to the effects as well as an antibiotic. Use your favorite maple syrup to make this syrup much better-tasting.
