1. STRETCHING
*It is an instinctive act which we make so we can prepare our body for the physical loads during the day. It also works the muscles, restores blood flow and improves our mood.
2. SNEEZING
*It is the body's way of getting rid of 'trash' -- too many allergens, microbes, dust or other irritants.
3. YAWNING

*It is the feeling when you lie down to sleep, and as you start to drift your body is jolted for second by what seems like an electric shock. When you begin to fall asleep, the frequency of your breathing rapidly falls, your pulse slows down and your muscles are relaxed. Your brain interprets these developments as heralding death.
