Stay Away From Physical Work
You should avoid doing any physical work specially if you have back or stomach pain during periods, which are one of the most frequent pains during that time. Because it will only make your pain worse.
Never Skip Meals
When you are in period, you lose a lot of blood, so that’s why you shouldn’t to skip meals. Eating food on time will only make you feel energetic.
Unprotected Sex
During menstruation, the chances to get pregnant are high. In order to avoid infections, it is best to avoid intercourse during a period.
Eat Fast Food
Just do not eat too much and do not consume unhealthy meals that you normally wouldn’t., but do the opposite turn to the healthy foods like fruit and vegetable.
Work
In reality, you can do anything on your period that you’d do during the rest of the month. However, sometimes it seems like our best option is to just stay in and sleep and take a rest. Whatever you’re comfortable with, go for it!
Stay Up All Night
Given the situation, it may take some time to fall asleep, but you will feel better if you turn in early. Put on some sleeping sounds from your phone and relax a bit.
