This Simple Finger Massage Will Make Your Body Pains Disappear! See How…

Say goodbye to all headaches, pains and discomfort! Medications and relaxation techniques are possible solutions, but there is another alternative that might surprise you. The trick is in your own hands and the way you massage your fingers, also known as acupressure.

Here is a list of aches and pains that can be treated using acupressure and reflexology, at home or on the go:

1. Headaches and Migraines
Headaches and tension, as well as muscle tremors and stress can be dealt with promptly by applying acupressure.

Find the place between index finger and thumb and massage the spot. Use circular movements and firm grip for about 4-5 seconds. Pregnant women are not advised to do this technique, since it may provoke labors.

2. Sinus Pressure and Pain
Face palms towards face and apply pressure on finger pads. This is the area you use to type. Use your thumb and other index finger to perform this massage. Press each fingertip for 1-3 minutes by using soft presses.

This will relieve sinus pain, dizziness, pressure, stuffy noses and congestion.

3. Cold or Sore Throat

Massage the entire length of your thumb, warming it up in the process. Use the index finger and thumb of your opposite hand to apply pressure to either side of your thumbnail.. By doing this you will alleviate breathing and treat respiratory issues as well as cough.

4. Neck Pain and Tension
Massage the middle part of each of your fingers in turn, and look at your fingers. While you’re doing so, think of your fingertips as your head – working your way down your fingers, therefore, is working your way down your neck and shoulders.

5. Upset Stomach
Use pressure to massage the length of your thumb until it warms up. Afterwards, apply pressure to the middle section of your palm with the warm thumb and hold for several minutes.

6. Menstrual Cramps or Abdominal Pain
Lightly massage your entire hand by adding extra pressure on the side of your nail on your index finger. Choose the nail side closer to the thumb to perform this massage correctly. Once you’ve done that, move to the second location on your pinky finger, as shown in the picture.
