Cracked heels are common foot problems that are often referred to as heel fissures. Some of the causes of cracked heels are dry air, lack of moisture, improper foot care, an unhealthy diet, aging, prolonged standing on hard floors and wearing the wrong types of shoes.
Rough, cracked heels can not only be unsightly, but can often be a source of pain and embarrassment.
Here's an amazing remedy which can be prepared at home. It's simple and easy with just two ingredients.
Ingredients:
4 cups of milk
3 tablespoons of baking powder
Directions:
Heat the milk and pour it into a bowl appropriate for your foot size. Add the baking powder and mix well, but make sure that the temperature is comfortable. Then, soak your feet for 10 minutes and relax. After finishing, rinse your feet with warm water and dry them.
For best results, repeat this treatment on daily basis.
