  • 3 tablespoons rice
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 tablespoon milk

Instruction: 
After you boil the rice, strain it and separate the water in which the rice boiled. Add one spoon of heated milk in the rice and mix them well. Finally, add honey.

You need to clean first your face thoroughly and apply the mask on dry skin. Let it stand for a few minutes, until it`s completely dry. Then, remove the mask and wash your face with the rice water.
Rice water has strong antioxidant properties.

 It moisturizes skin and stimulates circulation. Rice water also helps in removing age spots and relieves inflammation. It will make your skin healthy and moisturized. Use it to protect your skin from sun.

For best results, repeat the procedure at least once a week. Your face will look five years younger.
