A lot of people who are hygiene conscious take a shower 2 times every day, but there are some sluggish people who have aversion towards bathing. And, just like you don’t skip your meals, don’t skip your showers as that can lead to some serious consequences.
1. If you don’t take a shower, germs and bacteria that are in your body will activate and attack your immune system resulting with colds, infections, and sickness.
2. The germs and bacteria can cause infections on the skin.
3. If you don’t take a shower, dirt, germs and sweat will accumulate in your body and make it unpleasant and grubby.
4. The sweat and bacteria will make the skin flakey.
5. Skipping shower causes bad body odor making body stink. Body odor is caused when bacteria break down the chemical compounds in sweat and release foul smelling chemical byproducts. If you don't wash off the sweat (and some of the bacteria) the whole thing will just get out of control.
