Acid reflux is the backward flow of stomach acid into the esophagus — the tube that connects the throat and stomach. Acid reflux is alsoknown as gastro esophageal reflux disease {GERD].
People who suffer from acid reflux tend to feel regurgitated food or sour liquid at the back of their throat or feel a burning sensation in their chest – heartburn.
The main symptom of acid reflux is frequent heartburn. Other signs and symptoms may include regurgitation of food or sour liquid, difficulty swallowing, coughing, wheezing, and chest pain — especially while lying down at night. If you have acid reflux, lifestyle changes can help, like losing excess weight, eat smaller meals, and avoid foods that seem to trigger heartburn — such as fried or fatty foods, chocolate, and peppermint. Avoiding alcohol and nicotine may help, too.
Ingredients:
- 1 potato
- 1 apple
Preparation and use:
Peel the potato and ground it. Then, strain the potato juice with gauze and pour it in a cup/glass. Apply the same procedure for the apple juice. Mix them together and drink for this mixture 2 times every day. You should drink this homemade juice 1 hour before your meals. Drink it until the heart burn is gone.
