Cannabis is a genus of flowering plant that includes three species or subspecies -- sativa, indica and ruderails. Its main ingredient is called delta-9 tetrahydro cannabinol, commonly known as THC.

Cannabinoids found in cannabis can produce positive results against major diseases loke cancer. Coconut oil plays a part as well. Cannabinoids are soluble in the fatty acids of coconut oil. Coconut oil is rapidly consumed by the liver and processed.

Stan Rutner was diagnosed with lymphoma. Through treatments like chemotherapy and radiation, Stan was able to beat it. He was free and clear for a decade.

But 10 years after his cancer went into remission, cancerous nodes were found in Stan's lungs and later in his brain. Stan opted for the chemotherapy and radiation but he also wanted to take a more holistic treatment.

A year later, brain scans found that Stan was totally cancer free.
