Getting enough sleep is important to our health and well being. Without getting a good night's rest, you risk poor health, illness, depression, high blood pressure, and at the very least, chronic low energy.
Sleep problems, including snoring, sleep apnea, insomia, sleep deprivation are common. You dont have to live with these sleeping problems.
With this one drink --- the banana tea, you can sleep the night away. All you need to do is cut off both ends of the banana (with or without peel) and place it into boiling water. Boil it for around 10 minutes. Using a colander, pour the water into a mug. If you’re feeling adventurous, sprinkle the cinnamon into the tea. Drink one cup before going to bed—and have a good night’s sleep!
How to make Banana tea:
-peel bananas
-drop them into boiling pot of water and leave it to cook for at least 10 minutes
-extract the liquid and put it in a cup
-drink the extract at least 1 hour before going to bed.
