Ingredients:
14 oz / 400 grams celery (root)
2.2 lbs / 1 kg Lemon
8.5 cups / 2 liters water
Preparation:
First, squeeze the lemon and leave it the juice aside. Then, grind the celery and add it to the water along with the lemon peel. Boil for 20 minutes, and then leave it to cool (overnight or at least 6 hours). Strain it and add the lemon juice.
Place this drink into a glass bottle and take 1 dl (3,3 oz) of this drink before meals three times a day. Keep it in a dark and cold place.
